What is the attire?

Pair your favorite boots with sparkling accessories for a night of glamour and style. Think country chic with some cocktail attire sparkle!

Can anyone attend?

Yes. The event is open to the public so bring friends or family to help support a great cause. Must be 21 or over.

How do I request to sit with a specific group?

We recommend you purchase a table of 8 and split the cost with your group!

Are food and drinks included?

A formal sit down dinner is included with your ticket. Each guest will receive an OR logo glass with a complimentary signature drink upon arrival. We will have two bar areas set up with full bar, non alcoholic drinks and water. If you are interested in buying a bottle of wine for your table, head over to the Wine Grab. These tickets can be purchased at check in while supplies last.

What is a Heads Tails Card?

Each guest can buy a card for $10. By purchasing a game card you are allowed to participate in the game. Last person standing wins an awesome prize. 

Will I receive a tax receipt after the event?

Yes. Within 5-7 days after the event, you will receive an itemized tax receipt via email. 

What is the schedule of events?

5:00 PM - Doors Open

5:00-6:30 PM - Silent Auction and Raffle, Hors-d'oeuvres, Cocktails, OR Jazz Band

6:15 PM - Silent Auction Closes 

6:30 PM - Seated for Dinner, Heads or Tails Game and Raffle Winners Announced 

7:00 - 8:30 PM  - Dinner and Live Auction

8:30 - 10 PM - Dancing and Live Music by 27 Outlaws
